General introduction on MEA production line
1. Feed PET frame/GDL carbon paper/CCM proton membrane into the feed port through the way of loading by coil stock or sheet stock to unwind and correct and to purify the air .And destaticize the material at the same time.Then convey the material to flexible CNC cutting machine before they are processed in the pre-technique.And cut it precisely in accordance with the setting of the processing parameters.In front of the CNC cutter is the visual inspection device which inspects the material cutting size and the status of the cutting condition.Convey the finished products and faulty products separately after the cutting procedure.The materials cutted off from active region of PET frame are a little big which can be collected and stacked for secondary reusing.All the raw materials are stacked by automated robot.The cutted CCM proton membrane will be conveyed to catalyst spaying area to be spayed, where slip sheets and proton membrane will be separated.Then the sprayed products will be conveyed to seven in one processing sites ,waiting to be stacked.
2. After the material of PET frame/GDL carbon paper/CCM proton membrane were tranfered to the position of stack, the robot with CCD visual detecting device will proceed to the procedure of stacking and adhesives coating.(The procedure of stacking: lower tooling entry→lower tooling vacuumization→PET framing→GDL carbon paper-adhesive coating→CCM proton membrane→GDL carbon paper-adhesive coating→PET framing/GDL carbon paper).The techniques of stacking ,adhesive coating and transfer are completed by linear module and mechanical arm jointly.
3. After the stacking of the three kind of materials of PET frame/GDL carbon paper/CCM proton membrane,the automated robot will absorb the material onto the lower technical equipment after which the processed material will be tranfered to the next procedure of seven in one(vacuumization and hot pressing→cool pressing(backtracking of upper technical equipment)→cutting → air tightness detection. The above processes work succesively . According to the processing time of material thermal packaging, the time occupied by the beat is the time of thermal packaging and air tightness detection. The time of thermal packaging and air tightness detection varies from 30-180 seconds. The beat of the finished product is determined according to the process. On average, a set of finished MEA film electrode products is up to 3 minutes at most, and the yield rate of eligible products is 99%.
4. After the air tightness test of MEA, the manipulator quickly moves the finished MEA to the detection station for finished product detection. After the detection, the MEA is quickly coded and scanned. The scanned information is transmitted to the management system through the MES system. At the same time, another manipulator places the product in the finished product area or waste material condition according to the scanned information. At the same time, the lower tooling returns to the initial position and waits for the next process cycle.
Function overview
The flexible numerical control cutting process is carried out on the main rolls or flakes of the PET frame prepared by the PET frame. The flexible cutting is carried out according to the instructions to cut the active area and the outer frame. Through the process working time, it is ensured that a piece of equipment meets the production needs of the post-process. Process content:
The PET frame/GDL carbon paper/CCM proton film is rolled in the form of a specific width roll material, and then flexible cutting is carried out. Flexible cutting inside and outside the cutting task, and continuous cutting is carried out after a series of processes such as deviation correction, dust removal, and tension control. The raw materials cut from the active area are collected as finished products. Because the original price ratio cut is large and can be used as a secondary use, it is stacked and packaged. The waste from edge cutting falls into the waste box, and the finished product is transported to the six-combination line for waiting.
The PET frame/GDL carbon paper/CCM proton roll or sheet material is first sent to the cutting platform. The platform cutting manipulator quickly cuts inside and outside according to the visual positioning, thereby effectively ensuring the accuracy of material cutting. After cutting, it is transported to the six combination equipment, and the manipulator effectively stacks according to the stacking beat.

The membrane electrode seven-in-one or five-seven-in-one production line equipment is mainly used to produce a complete set of processes for MEA membrane electrode forming. Process Content
Provide proton film, carbon paper, PET frame/GDL carbon paper/CCM protons of a specific width, and transport them to the designated location by conveying line or tray. The robot will automatically compound adsorption and transport according to the programmed route. The conveying process route is as follows:
Process flow: Prepare the raw material stacking and gluing process, which can complete the seven-in-one or five-in-one process, and the raw materials are stacked by the robot compound adsorption. The action process is as follows: tooling moving in → tooling vacuuming → robot feeding and discharging → robot automatic stacking → manipulator gluing → stacking completion → tooling moving in → vacuum hot pressing → cold pressing and setting → shape cutting → air tightness detection → robot feeding (tooling returns to cycle) - product appearance inspection → inkjet coding → finished product stacking.
